We loved staff and food of this hotel. We got a room with a bathtub. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Bahnhof bus stop.

Cozy 4 star hotel with outstanding staff and PERFECT breakfast. We liked to spend 1 day in our elegant cosy room. It was really close to the train station, brilliant location overall. Great service and good value. The weather was pleasant, had just perfect stay.

A warm hotel with very pretty location, plus the staff were more than helpful. The breakfast was fresh, overall food was amazing. Room had a luxurious bathroom and tea/coffee and cell. The poolside bar was stylish and the drinks were soft.

Generally, it's old-fashioned place, liked it. The venue has really easy location near the train station. Also, you can walk to a cultural-natural museum. They have rooftop bar, free parking and very clean pool.

The hotel was in a perfect location, overlooking mountain. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. A minibar, a safe and a couch bed were great. Btw, their concierge is top! Services included free Wi Fi.

The bed was not comfortable here.

Very close to a train station. Short way from the restaurant Cheese Factory. Nice base for weekend in Zermatt.
